- If creating an account, enter athletes requested information

- Select appropriate program (this will be athletes age as of July 14, 2026)
- Only one option should appear
Program Questions
- Complete all Program information
- If none or N/A, please enter none or N/A as most fields are required
- On this page you have the option to opt-out of Fundraising for $100, which will be added on and paid for at check-out
Volunteer Options
You have the option to volunteer as one of the following:
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coach
- Team Manager (Parent)
- Skip to Next Section
Check-Out/Payment Options
- You can pay in full via Credit Card ($3.00 fee for each transaction)
- You can pay via a pre-set monthly payment plan ($3.00 fee for each transaction)
- If paying by CASH or CHECK, you MUST enter the COUPON CODE 882203. This will then show a $0.00 balance and and you will be contacted to either pay in full or via the monthly payment plan
