Volunteer & Fundraising Commitment 2026-27 Cheer Season
As part of our Pop Warner Cheer Program, we encourage strong family participation to help support our athletes and keep our program successful.
All cheer families are expected to contribute through volunteering and fundraising throughout the season.
Volunteer Commitment
Each cheer family is required to complete a minimum of 4 volunteer hours during the cheer season.
- A $150 Volunteer Bond Check will be collected at registration.
- If volunteer hours are completed, the check will not be deposited and will be returned.
- If the required 4 hours are not fulfilled, the check will be deposited at the end of the season.
Fundraising Requirement
Fundraising is mandatory for all cheer families and helps support the athlete’s individual account which funds for uniforms, clinics, travel expenses etc.
- Fundraising includes participation in activities such as team canning events and other program fundraisers.
- Families who choose not to participate in fundraising may opt out for a $100 Fundraising Opt-Out Fee which will be collected at time of registration.
We appreciate the support and dedication from our cheer families. Your involvement helps create a strong and successful cheer program for all athletes.
