The Hightstown Rams Youth Football is an organization for children ages 5 through 14. Participation is open to residents of Hightstown, East Windsor, Cranbury, Roosevelt, Washington Township, Robbinsville and surrounding towns.
Cheerleading was officially recognized in the 1970's, but has been a part of the Pop Warner program for several decades. The first ever National Cheerleading competition was held in DeKalb County, GA. Today, more than 180,000 children are participating in Pop Warner cheerleading and dance around the world.
Participation in the Pop Warner Spirit Program provides kids an opportunity to perform in an organized, supervised, safety-oriented environment. Pop Warner programs emphasize fun for all and encourage the development of qualities important long after Pop Warner days are gone.
Our coaches are all volunteers and dedicate many hours to the girls. The cheerleaders in the Pop Warner program are unique. They are taught the values of competition, while maintaining their grades at a satisfactory level. We salute all the efforts and accomplishments that our participants put forward!
The Pop Warner National Cheer & Dance Championships takes place in December at ESPN Wide World of Sports™ Complex.

Commitment
Cheerleading is a team sport. Halftime and Competition routines include dance choreography, formations and stunts. Absences greatly affect the overall performance of the entire squad. We ask everyone participating in the Rams Cheerleading program to make a commitment to each other for the benefit of the squad. Commitment means attending every practice, every game and every competition or Pop Warner activity. All cheer related obligations will be viewed as a priority over other athletic and/or social activities.
